Cancellation of a specific booking depends on the policy of the specific partner company. CHECK24.GE is not responsible for service delivery and its quality. He is not a party to the legal relationship between the service recipient and the service provider. The CHECK24.GE platform provides only their connection.
In case of the desire to cancel the hotel reservation, the service recipient must inform the CHECK24.GE platform about it in time so that the request can be processed in accordance with the cancellation conditions. The recipient of the service must send the message from the e-mail address he used during the registration on the CHECK24.GE platform. The message must be sent to the CHECK24.GE platform at the following e-mail: info.check24.ge@gmail.com and must indicate the ID of the reservation to be canceled.
If the service fee has already been paid, but it has not yet been finally confirmed, and the partner company offers a free cancellation of the reservation, the service recipient will be fully reimbursed for the amount paid. If the booking fee has been paid and it is finally confirmed, then the service recipient will be reimbursed the amount minus the transaction confirmation and transfer fees.
If the service fee has already been paid and the partner company retains a certain percentage of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation, the service recipient will be reimbursed the remaining part of the amount paid plus this amount minus transaction confirmation and transfer fees.
In case of violation of the specified term of cancellation of the reservation by the partner company, clause method of paying the fine may come into effect depending on the conditions of the partner.
If the amount paid by the recipient of the service is finally confirmed, then the platform CHECK24.GE is not responsible for the refund period of the canceled reservation fee for the recipient of the service.
All other matters related to the reservation are governed by the conditions of the partner company.
A booking is only valid after full payment of its fee.
The recipient of the service is obliged to pay the reservation fee on time. Otherwise, the partner company reserves the right to cancel the confirmed booking due to non-payment.
