The present Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) governs all personal information collected by Giliani LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) from users through website http: //www.check24.ge or its subdomain pages linked to it. The present Policy also describes the way the Company collects, uses, processes and discloses personal information obtained through the website.  By using the website the user agrees that the Company collects and uses his / her information.

Data Collection

A user may visit a website and not disclose his / her personal data, but in certain circumstances when the user wants to utilize Company services (any software system that is designed by the Company and is posted on the webpage) the Company requires personal information from the user.

The company has right to require the following information: name, surname, name of a company (if such exists), address, phone number, email address, financial or other type of information listed on the webpage.
